Making a Reservation
Bookings should be made by March 24th 2022. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation payment is required by credit card; either one night’s deposit or the full amount depending on the individual hotel’s policy. Cancelling your Reservation
If you wish to cancel your accommodation booking at The Cordis, SkyCity Hotel or The Grand Hotel by SkyCity prior to March 24th, your accommodation deposit will be refunded in full. After that date, 100% cancellation fee applies.
If you wish to cancel your accommodation booking at Quest Auckland prior to April 15th, your accommodation deposit will be refunded in full. After that date refunds will be made less the cost of one night’s stay.
